Baja is a linear stretch of land connecting California and Mexico, bordered by the great Pacific Ocean to the west and the Gulf of California or Sea of Cortez to the east. Here a wealth of natural resources can be found including sweeping desert lands, rugged mountains peaking over 10,000 ft, arid valleys and remote beaches.
